Job Description
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with large strategic health system customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Understand and resolve customer needs and issues
• Collaborate with the Health Systems and Specialty Services sales team
• Lead team initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Prepare and participate in customer quarterly business reviews
• Communicate with internal and external senior-level management
Job Requirements
- Requires broad training in business administration, project/program management, healthcare management, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar fields
- 5+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Previous experience working with Health Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated consultative skills and ability to create trust quickly
- Project management skills for leading and supporting multiple projects
