• Build performance-driven creative strategies that align with our brand voice, customer journey, and business goals. • Develop compelling ad angles, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and briefs across static, video, UGC, native, and whitelisted content. • Use reviews, survey data, customer personas, and competitor research to inform high-impact storytelling. • Analyze creative performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, Triple Whale) to identify winning patterns and cut underperformers. • Partner with media buyers to understand KPIs (ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, CAC, thumbstop %, hook retention) and drive optimizations. • Manage relationships with UGC creators, editors, and agency partners from brief to final asset delivery.
