• Manage payroll processing for multiple countries • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and legal requirements • Oversee gathering, processing, and verification of payroll data • Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes • Generate and analyze payroll reports • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments • Oversee relationships with third-party payroll vendors • Support implementation and maintenance of global payroll systems • Lead internal and external audits of payroll records • Handle escalated payroll queries from employees.
