Job Description
• Architecting, Guiding, and Scaling Enterprise AI Agents
• Define Agent Reference Architecture
• Evaluate and select the core Generative AI models, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps tools
• Lead architectural and code reviews for all agent components
• Oversee performance tuning of agents and implement robust logging, monitoring, and tracing mechanisms
• Mentor and guide the team of Senior AI Engineers and developers
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Solutions and Product Management
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Mastery of LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning, and grounding techniques.
- Expert-level knowledge and practical experience leading teams utilizing major AI Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or deep internal frameworks).
- Expert-level coding skills in Python, coupled with extensive experience in cloud-native deployment, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and managing scalable APIs (REST/gRPC).
- Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices (e.g., authorization, data masking) and enforce Responsible AI governance and guardrails in production systems.
