Job Description

• Conduct timely follow-up on all quote requests within your territory and call leads to maximize conversion opportunities for CharacterStrong’s products and services • Meet or exceed activity expectations, including daily/weekly call volume, emails, sequences, and meeting-set metrics • Work with reps in your territory to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals • Support targeted campaigns, event follow-ups, and conference promotion to increase lead volume and accelerate deals • Build strong relationships with district stakeholders by understanding needs and providing meaningful solutions • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline progression • Bring forward ideas that enhance team performance and contribute to company growth during weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings • Assist with special projects such as event-driven outreach, web-lead engagement, and leadership-initiated communication efforts • Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree preferred
Efficient with CRM’s, Google and Microsoft Suite applications, and other business apps like: Slack, Zoom, Notion, HubSpot
