Job Description

• Analyze production processes, equipment, utilities, and waste treatment facilities • Support plant operations teams across North America • Monitor or conduct observation and analysis of daily unit production • Interface collaboratively with technology resources in the organization • Conduct formal Root Cause Analysis of events affecting plant operations • Train operators to maximize safety, quality, and productivity • Analyze work study data and equipment specifications • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for new and modified equipment • Aid in commissioning new equipment • Generate various production reports for management • Provide input into raw material inventory management • Design and perform unit process experiments

Job Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
1 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good Statistical/data Analysis skills using various big data tools available
A good working knowledge of the processes and controls controlling those processes
Skills within I&C to independently troubleshoot and develop solutions
Low voltage electrical troubleshooting skills
Mechanical skills for diagnosing mechanical problems
Must be able to plan and schedule individual workload without close supervision
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Able to make a clear and convincing presentation in written and verbal form
Fluent in English
