Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience of high volume full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, with a track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
- Excellent recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success driving results and achieving hiring goals
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success supporting a range of go-to-market teams
- Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes
- Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
- Experience in defense tech, national security, or adjacent industries (Preferred)
- Understanding of military career progression and terminology (Preferred)
