Job Description

• The ERP Program Manager is responsible for managing and executing the multi-year migration of all Platform businesses onto a single Epicor Cloud ERP model. • Lead the planning, execution, and management of the multi-year Epicor Cloud ERP deployment across all business units. • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Epicor’s professional services and consulting partners. • Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional internal project team including Business Analysts, Integration Specialists, Data Modelers, and Change Management partners. • Collaborate closely with the Executive Steering Committee to drive decisions, escalate issues, and maintain project momentum.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience leading ERP implementations or large-scale enterprise system rollouts.
Direct Epicor experience strongly preferred; experience with other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, D365, NetSuite, Infor) will be considered.
3+ years of leadership, project management, or program management experience in a complex, multi-entity environment.
Deep understanding of ERP modules across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Procurement.
Experience with cloud ERP deployments, data migration, integrations, and interface design.
Strong process mapping, process standardization, and business architecture skills.
Knowledge of MDM, data governance, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid PMO methodologies, and project delivery tools.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and large-scale change.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
