• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, QA, launch, and performance checks across email, paid channels, and events. • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations with other MarTech tools. • Build and update dashboards and reports that measure campaign impact and funnel performance. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data across systems. • Recommend new tests, experiments, and optimizations based on performance insights. • Document processes and help improve the efficiency of campaign operations as new channels come online.
