Job Description
• Design scalable, AI-ready architectures for HR processes
• Champion exploration of AI agents and machine learning
• Deploy solutions using Workday Extend for complex problems
• Design integrations across the ecosystem using full toolkit
• Partner with leaders to create technical roadmaps
• Advocate for data integrity and build architectures using Workday Prism
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution evaluation, design, and implementation of Workday and HR technology
- Deep technical mastery of Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent)
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Prism, and complex integrations
- Ability to think strategically and architect entire flows for business objectives
- Fluent in OAuth 2.0 and API security models
- Strong project management skills to independently prioritize tasks
- Ability to facilitate design discussions and align stakeholders
