Job Description

• Ensures timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards • Issues accurate purchase orders to vendors • Track all product related line items (hardware, software, maintenance, etc.) for proof of delivery and follow up with vendors for all unfulfilled items. • Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies • Work closely with different sales groups to ensure that all transactional contracts are complete, accurate, and meet all internal booking requirements • Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external partners • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
2-3 years' purchasing experience, or relevant roles
Attention to detail is a must
Analytical and critical thinker
Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible work schedule is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
