Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT)
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
