Job Description
• Educating consumers on the value of the Arlo Secure Plus and Premium subscription plans
• Creating consumer clarity between the product experience with and without a subscription
• Focusing on consumer-oriented positioning, messaging and creative assets to nurture relationships, reducing churn, improving downstream conversion and maximizing customer loyalty
• Leveraging analytics, insights, segmentation, and rapid experimentation to test, learn, and iterate on demand generation campaign strategies
• Driving better return on paid, earned, and owned demand generation media investments
• Partnering closely with Subscription Growth Team, Product Management, Consumer Insights, DTC & Channel Marketing, Customer Care, and the Sales Teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with our subscription-led model
• Increasing Arlo brand familiarity and developing marketing campaigns that attract new-to-brand households and drive demand for Arlo subscription services.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of blended experience in growth, demand generation, brand and product marketing within a subscription-based environment
- Proven success driving customer acquisition and retention
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
- MBA a plus
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B marketing campaign tests
- Experience developing integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling with measurable outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with design agencies to develop compelling creative that delivers on brand promise
- Strong communication skills and presentation abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values curiosity and continuous improvement
- Passionate about technology that empowers people to feel secure, connected, and in control of their surroundings.
