• Lead the end-to-end design of Sevaro’s clinical and operational platforms (web + mobile) • Develop intuitive UI for real-time telestroke workflows, neurology assessments, documentation, and communication tools • Conduct user research with clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff to understand pain points and workflow challenges • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready design specs • Partner closely with neurology specialists to translate clinical workflows into simple, elegant digital interactions • Improve and maintain Sevaro’s design system for consistency across products • Drive usability testing and continuously enhance product usability, speed, and accessibility • Advocate for user-centered design in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment • Provide design leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
