• Lead and grow a team of full-stack engineers building Onebrief’s core planning artifacts, including Maps, Timelines, Cards (modular units of data), Card Lists, and Data Tables. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and QA to turn complex user problems into elegant, reliable, and performant solutions. • Develop and coach engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence, autonomy, and accountability across the team. • Scale the team by defining processes, boundaries, and ownership lines that enable the Creator team to split into two independent, high-velocity teams in the near future. • Shape the technical direction, partnering with architecture leads to modernize critical systems that underpin staff planning workflows.
