Job Description

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for SBT’s integrations • Collaborate with product marketing and channel sales to research, evaluate, and prioritize integrations • Establish repeatable processes and procedures for designing and developing integrations • Develop product requirement documents (PRDs), use cases, Jira user stories • Ensure adequate testing, documentation, maintenance, and enablement of SBT’s integrations • Constantly evaluate SBT’s existing set of 50+ marketplace integrations • Serve as the subject matter expert on SBT’s current and planned integrations • Design and monitor KPIs and reports that track the performance of each integration • Own the development and dissemination of regular executive reports and scorecards.

Job Requirements

10+ years of product experience focused on driving development, optimization, and expansion of third party integrations and relationships
Strong understanding of technology alliances, partner integrations, and marketplace models
Experience in relevant industries such as banking, bill payment, lending, or messaging/CPaaS
Experience overseeing teams and tools that support integration ecosystems, APIs, iPaaS, ETL and file parsing and processing
Ability to drive cross functional teams across engineering, go-to-market, customer operations, finance, and external partners
Strong track record of driving customer adoption of partner offerings.
