• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Epic Ambulatory, Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart, ensuring a cohesive, scalable ecosystem that supports enterprise growth. • Architect integrated clinical and patient access workflows—including scheduling modernization, order workflows, and digital front-door enhancements. • Execute and support complex application builds across diverse operational environments, including multi-site ambulatory and community affiliate settings. • Provide technical leadership to Epic application analysts, with a strong focus on quality, service excellence, and alignment to Epic and organizational standards. • Facilitate adoption of new features and workflow optimizations using structured communication, stakeholder workgroups, and concise operational presentations. • Partner closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT leadership to ensure architecture decisions effectively support business value and patient care improvements. • Lead solution reviews, dependency mapping, gap analysis, and coordinated delivery through testing and go-live readiness.
