Job Description

• Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Strategy, and other internal stakeholders to design and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering accountability, growth, and engagement. • Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes, interview processes, and candidate experience. • Analyze talent market trends and translate insights into proactive sourcing and workforce planning strategies. • Build and optimize recruiting processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire. • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing clear data‑driven recommendations and progress updates.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting management experience
  • Able to think strategically about the future state of Lyra’s provider network and recommend appropriate recruitment strategy
  • Able to effectively navigate the unknown that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strategic partner to recruiting leaders, clinical operations, clinical quality and other stakeholders
  • Builds, empowers, inspires, and leads recruiting team to hit recruiting goals consistently
  • Strong analytical skills in gathering data, tracking productivity, reporting to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
