• Track and identify issues using data from VWO, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Backend systems. • Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources to detect discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy. • Analyze user flow and behavior across all brands to pinpoint friction points, drop-offs, or anomalies. • Understand data patterns that can help improve the user journey, form hypotheses, and share actionable recommendations. • Suggest enhancements to tracking setups, funnels, or site experience based on data trends and insights. • Collaborate closely with QA, Dev, and Marketing teams to validate experiments (A/B tests, tracking changes, etc.) and interpret performance metrics. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key observations, findings, and improvement opportunities.
