Job Description
• Overseeing vendor onboarding and offboarding activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting the organization’s overall risk management framework
• Coordinating audits and monitoring vendor renewals
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks
• Maintaining accurate records of vendor assessments, contracts, and certifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 1-5 years experience in risk management, compliance, or vendor management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, SOX, etc)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Venminder)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assessments and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with data quality management and compliance reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills
