Job Description

• Shape the future of intelligent building technologies and secure operational systems across diverse environments. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from strategy through implementation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design smart, secure, and connected spaces that deliver measurable business value. • Act as a trusted advisor in business development, guiding proposals, shaping technical strategies, and influencing stakeholders.

Job Requirements

10+ years related experience in the consulting engineering industry with a focus on buildings (Architecture, Telecommunications or MEP engineering thought leadership roles).
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Fire Protection/Civil Engineering (or related field).
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
PMP, RCDD, PE (Engineering License) – Preferred
CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent OT cybersecurity certification.
Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISA/IEC62433, NIST, and Uptime/mission critical standards.
Certified in at least three major control system manufacture platforms.
Extensive experience in intelligent building and smart real estate industries.
Proven track record in project management, data governance, and automation system development.
Strong leadership and stakeholder alignment skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
