Job Description
• Call provided client leads (not random cold calling)
• Use a provided script to book appointments
• Enter call notes and appointment details into our system/CRM
• Coordinate with the team about appointments set and outcomes
• Be consistent with attendance and daily performance
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (clear, easy to understand)
- Comfortable making outbound calls using a script
- Ability to follow instructions and scripts while sounding conversational
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (required)
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
- Ability to work exactly Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm EST
