Job Description
• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Conduct consistent outbound calls to restaurants nationwide, following a rinse-and-repeat calling structure to generate interest for professional kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning estimates; maintain a steady call pace designed to reach 25-50 contacts for every quality lead.
• Warm Transfers & Live Handoffs: Initiate warm transfers to an in-house estimator/closer, properly introducing the prospect, summarizing hood system details, and ensuring a smooth handoff for immediate on-call closing when available.
• 5-Min Estimate Positioning: Clearly communicate the value proposition to busy restaurant operators, emphasizing minimal time required, respect for their workflow, and the ability to receive a fast, accurate estimate through a brief video call.
• Lead Capture & CRM Accuracy: Enter all lead details, call outcomes, tags, and follow-up tasks into Go High Level with strict accuracy; manage callbacks, missed connections, and pipeline stages to support a national lead-delivery program.
• Script Execution & Feedback: Follow a structured calling script while providing feedback from call interactions to help refine messaging, objection handling, and pitch efficiency as the program expands across multiple markets.
• Consistency & Resilience Under Volume: Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with busy owners, gatekeepers, or hang-ups; stay focused on hitting daily activity targets and contributing to a scalable, repeatable outbound model used by multiple operators nationwide.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Two Years of Outbound Sales Experience: At least 2+ years in outbound sales, appointment setting, or SDR-type roles, with proven success generating leads or booking appointments over high-volume call cycles
- Industry Knowledge Preferred: Experience calling into restaurant, facilities, maintenance, B2B service, commercial cleaning, or adjacent trades strongly preferred; familiarity with kitchens, hoods, fans, filters, or NFPA-related services is a plus.
- Go High Level Proficiency: Ability to navigate, update, and manage leads within Go High Level, including tagging, pipeline updates, call logs, and follow-up scheduling.
- Strong English & Clear Communication: Neutral or easy-to-understand accent, strong verbal English communication, and the ability to quickly build trust with busy restaurant staff while staying concise and respectful of their time constraints.
- Structured, Process-Driven Work Style: Comfortable working from scripts, following defined workflows, adhering to set calling windows, and maintaining consistent output during morning, afternoon, and early evening restaurant availability periods.
- Resilient, Metrics-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection, meet daily dialing KPIs, stay motivated without constant supervision, and support a fast-scaling national program designed to generate 20-30 leads weekly.
