Job Description

• Make outbound calls, send emails, or use other channels to contact leads provided by the company. • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess needs and level of interest. • Schedule appointments for sales agents with qualified prospects. • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled a meeting. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using the CRM system. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals. • Collaborate with sales agents to ensure seamless hand-off of scheduled leads.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
