Job Description

• Conduct complex finite element analysis to support the design and development of mechanical systems and components • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) on mechanical components and systems using advanced software tools • Develop and validate FEA models for structural, thermal, and fatigue analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs based on FEA results • Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide engineering recommendations • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with the latest FEA techniques and industry best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems using analytical skills • Contribute to the development of FEA standards and procedures within the organization

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in FEA and mechanical engineering
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools
Base skills in CAD software like SolidWorks or CATIA
Experience with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, thermal analysis, and fatigue analysis
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and efficient work habits
In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
Understanding of material properties and behavior in various conditions
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to mechanical engineering
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
