Job Description
• Drive Pindrop’s global event and demand strategy.
• Act as the cross-functional leader for pipe management and orchestration across all business units.
• Manage the demand generation funnel: lead flow, nurture strategy, conversion optimization, and velocity tracking across channels.
• Define and own the end-to-end strategy for multi-channel demand generation.
• Architect and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance to align messaging, target segments, and campaign design.
• Lead the planning and execution of events globally.
• Build scalable event-to-demand workflows that drive measurable outcomes through AI-powered personalization.
• Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for events and demand gen investments.
• Develop attribution and reporting frameworks to connect event and campaign activity to revenue.
• Partner with RevOps to optimize marketing technology, data quality, consent management, and compliance.
• Lead a team of high-performing marketers and agency partners.
• Champion responsible, inclusive marketing by ensuring equitable audience targeting.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in demand generation, event marketing, or integrated campaign leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven people leadership skills and experience recruiting, managing and growing exceptional talent
- Proven track record in building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategy, field marketing, and event-driven demand acceleration.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics).
