Job Description
• Onboard new customers and guide them through the OpenSesame platform
• Conduct virtual demos and customer meetings
• Develop success plans for accounts and identify upsell opportunities
• Foster long-term relationships with customers
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Strong understanding of eLearning and training solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Gainsight preferred
