Job Description

• Partner with stakeholders to map current processes and translate needs into technical requirements • Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the People Technology stack • Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability and produce concise user guides • Deliver status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned • Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the People Technology stack

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality
Experience with other HR systems (especially Greenhouse or other TA technology) is a plus
Workday configuration experience is a plus
