Job Description

• Responsible for pricing Card payment products worldwide • Balance customer needs and competitive landscape while maintaining Stripe's margins • Collaborate with various stakeholders including engineering, operations, analytics, pricing, finance, and GTM teams • Drive pricing decisions and operationalize pricing processes • Work with engineering and data science to build observability into pricing, margin, and revenue realization • Define processes for competitive analysis and regular pricing audits • Identify new pricing models based on customer feedback and competitive analysis

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in a product role
3+ years of experience in Pricing
Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with go-to-market teams in a B2B sales environment.
Ability to deeply analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proven track record of instrumenting and measuring product initiatives, including those with less obvious metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts
Successful in delivering continuous product improvement as well as 0 ->1 launches
Ownership mindset and persistence to ensure product success
Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations to executive audiences.
Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
