- Efficiently handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily
- Conduct daily collections on patient account balances
- Review patient accounts for billing accuracy
- Access and update internal and external software to retrieve, input, or modify account information
- Proactively follow up with patients as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions
- Focus on providing high-quality customer service
- Practice active listening techniques
