• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design specifications. • Apply user-centered design principles to create solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business objectives. • Contribute to and maintain Filevine's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure successful implementation. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, review design work, and help establish best practices within the design team. • Participate in and sometimes lead user research activities to validate design decisions and gather insights for future improvements. • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing existing features and experiences.
