• Develop and implement the operational strategy to support the startup’s growth and long-term vision • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of infrastructure including smart grids, renewable energy plants, and facility modules • Build and lead high-performing operations, engineering, and logistics teams • Establish and manage KPIs to track project progress, efficiency, and overall performance • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and environmental standards • Collaborate closely with the executive team on budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and resource allocation • Create and enforce SOPs to optimize workflows and interdepartmental coordination • Lead vendor, supplier, and contractor negotiations and relationships • Foster a performance-driven, safety-first culture across all project modules
