• Work closely with customers, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager to define customer requirements • Develop technical proposals for software implementations/upgrades • Lead technical delivery and contribute as an individual in software implementation • Manage project team and activities to drive project deliverables • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and issues • Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools • Lead simulation of project scenarios and respond to client inquiries • Perform use case and client-specific testing runs and lead acceptance testing • Report on project outcomes and present findings to stakeholders • Engage in continuous improvement and change management initiatives
