Job Description

• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets set by the company to drive revenue growth • Generate and analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement, presenting findings to the management team. • Create Strategic Sales plan to drive long term growth and planning with key retailer partners in the Mass Space while hitting key contra Targets • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and opportunities for product development or diversification. • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reduce churn. • Stay updated on the brand's product offerings and provide training and support to clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales performance. • Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute effective + compelling promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive product awareness and increase sales. • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained by coordinating with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience within CPG, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in the beauty market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and sales performance.
  • Experience with Target and Drug Channel required
