• Oversee all Quality Assurance functions ensuring full compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and company safety protocols. • Lead a team of auditors and maintenance personnel, develop and implement standard operating procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale and enhance drone delivery capabilities. • Assist the Head of Drone Maintenance ensuring accuracy of aircraft maintenance documentation. • Chair the CASS board and conduct internal audits and inspections. • Maintain aircraft operational readiness while ensuring adherence to Part 135 requirements. • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop corrective actions to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
