Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in life insurance distribution
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within BGA or brokerage channels
- Proven success in managing multi-state sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of life insurance products, including VUL, Term, and emerging hybrid solutions
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with BGAs, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced designations (CLU, ChFC) preferred
