• Responsible for reviewing incoming member messages while Senior Planners are out on parental leave or out of the office to determine the urgency of the request and the best course of action. • Efficiently synthesize members needs and then partner with team members to coordinate solutions. • Step in and meet with members on an as needed basis to address their questions and deliver recommended next steps during their planner's absence. • Become an expert on our in house tools to assist planners with building plans. • Guide our Foundations members through implementation of their plan by utilizing messaging and our in house tools to answer questions and inspire them to take action. • Manage a small group of members as the sole planner, guiding them through the entire planning process and motivating them to take action on advice. • Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency
