Job Description

• Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead, client, and campaign information. • Help qualify inbound leads and support the sales team with follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline tracking. • Support improvements to sales processes and workflows. • Coordinate the handoff of leads from sales to operations for smooth campaign delivery. • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track sales and campaign performance. • Collaborate with Account Executives, Campaign Managers, and Influencer Relations Specialists to meet client needs. • Learn to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest process improvements.

Job Requirements

Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus, but not required.
Interest in sales pipelines, lead management, and marketing operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data and creating basic reports or dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.
