• Own end-to-end setup and management of our affiliate programme using Impact, including tracking, validation, and partner onboarding. • Identify, recruit, and onboard priority affiliate partners aligned to our brands and audiences. • Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, supporting partners with links, offers, creative, and optimisation recommendations. • Monitor performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, and CPA, identifying opportunities to scale or course-correct. • Work with internal stakeholders to align affiliate activity with promotions, seasonal moments, and broader marketing priorities. • Establish basic testing and optimisation approaches (e.g. partner types, placements, offers). • Produce clear, concise performance reporting and insights to assess the channel’s long-term potential. • Document setup, learnings, and recommendations for future ownership of the channel.
