• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance server-side automation services using Python and Playwright for complex, headless browser-based workflows. • Architect and build clean, reusable Python-based client wrappers and services that expose stable, versioned APIs for desktop clients (e.g., EMRs like Epic). • Lead and contribute to the architectural design of our custom automation platform, ensuring new services and components integrate seamlessly. • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies to ensure system transparency, proactive issue identification, and efficient resolution in production environments. • Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, AI engineers, and other engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior engineers, championing best practices in Python and system design. • Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and functional testing strategies to ensure the highest quality and reliability of all developed components. • Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
