Job Description
• Own and lead our North American commercial strategy—bringing C-MORE’s ESG SaaS platform to market and driving revenue through large-scale, enterprise relationships.
• Manage complex sales cycles with senior buyers, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and closing—focusing on high-value, recurring SaaS deals.
• Develop and expand long-term relationships with top-tier clients; drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through trust and insight.
• Represent C-MORE as a credible voice on ESG and sustainability in the context of business performance and compliance (e.g., SEC disclosures).
• Help shape the sales playbook, processes, and potentially build a regional sales team as we scale.
• Keep a close eye on market shifts, regulatory trends, and competitor moves to inform strategy and messaging.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally in data, analytics, or compliance-driven solutions
- Proven track record of selling into the C-Suite and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Strategic thinker with strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience scaling a SaaS business in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Understanding of ESG, impact measurement, or sustainability trends is a strong plus—but not a requirement.
- Curiosity and business acumen are key
- High level of accountability, entrepreneurial drive, and desire to build something meaningful
