Job Description
• Own the full sales process from outreach, discovery, and demo to close
• Sell to growth and marketing leaders at SMBs and mid-market companies
• Work inbound leads and build outbound pipeline with support from SDRs
• Deliver compelling, tailored product demos and proposals
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in HubSpot/Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
• Provide user and market feedback to inform product roadmap
• Help refine sales collateral, objection handling, and closing strategies
Job Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of full cycle B2B SaaS, with a background in selling to MarTech and marketing personas. Bonus points (to Gryffindor) , if you sold to SEO and content marketers
- Have experience selling to marketing and growth personas
- Are skilled at running demos, navigating objections, and closing deals
- Consistently hit or exceeded quota (bonus if ARR is on your resume)
- Are structured, metrics-driven, and comfortable in a remote startup
- Are eager to grow quickly and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
