Job Description
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current manufacturing operations
• Analyze production data and identify inefficiencies
• Develop tailored strategies to optimize manufacturing processes
• Lead and support the implementation of recommended solutions
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical), Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Proficiency in process mapping and value stream mapping
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
