- 10+ years of experience in Spec Chem Industry selling software solutions
- Engineering Degree preferred
- Experienced in all aspects of the Spec Chem Industry, best practices and processes
- Proficiency in one or several AspenTech Solution areas, particularly Asset Performance Management, Advanced Process Control, Digital Twins, Data Historization, Engineering
- Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and their application in solutions and industry
- Strong ability to bridge technology and business, articulating high-level technical solutions and their differentiated value
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills based on stakeholder interactions and data insights
- Strong drive to convert opportunities into recognized value for customers
- Global Travel – 50%
