Job Description
• Partner with the VP of Pricing and Packaging, GMs, and GTM leaders to align monetization and commercialization efforts across products and portfolios.
• Test and evaluate new pricing and packaging model constructs, measuring impact on adoption, conversion, and margin.
• Translate portfolio-level monetization direction into actionable GTM enablement and field guidance.
• Drive structured feedback loops to inform monetization, packaging, and commercialization evolution.
• Ensure GTM and operational readiness for new pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to ensure pricing accuracy, quoting efficiency, and seamless launch execution.
• Identify and resolve friction points impacting deal speed, sales execution, and customer experience.
• Improve list-to-net price realization through disciplined pricing guardrails, discount governance, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to strengthen deal structure quality and profitability.
• Monitor discounting and deal trends; recommend adjustments to optimize price realization and margin.
• Serve as the primary GTM liaison for monetization and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance ease of doing business, deal velocity, and pricing confidence.
• Deliver tools, training, and playbooks to strengthen pricing execution and customer value articulation.
• Establish structured feedback loops between GTM, Product, and GM teams to refine monetization and packaging.
• Measure monetization performance (price realization, deal quality, adoption) and apply insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead pilots and experiments for new monetization and commercialization models to inform future frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Experience in go-to-market, pricing, or commercialization within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Experience testing and implementing new pricing or packaging models with measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to improve price realization, deal profitability, and commercialization readiness.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, billing, and pricing systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across GTM and Product teams.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.
