• Source Registered Dietitians based on state coverage and hiring needs
• Build clean, well-organized prospect lists
• Use tools to enrich candidate data and export workflows
• Tag and segment talent by various criteria
• Deliver weekly batches of qualified candidates
• Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions
• Adjust sourcing criteria based on team needs
Job Requirements
- Experience sourcing Registered Dietitians on LinkedIn
- Organized and consistent work ethic
- Familiarity with Clay or similar tools for candidate data enrichment
- Ability to maintain high data hygiene and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for async collaboration
