Job Description

• Sourcing and onboarding new partners for iGaming/Casino traffic via niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, etc. (PPC, ASO, FB, etc.). • Working with Tier-1 markets. • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners. • Providing partners with guidance on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics. • Conducting monthly commission reviews, monitoring incoming traffic, and preventing fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team. • Preparing and maintaining regular traffic reports. • Achieving planned KPIs through the use of company tools. • Participating in international exhibitions and representing the company’s products at these events.

Job Requirements

2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming/gambling industry).
Hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side.
Strong knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions.
Confident user of Google Sheets.
Bonus: A personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration.
Soft Skills: Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1).
Strong stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
