Job Description

• Assess the current user experience of the TWB Learning Center • Design and implement one to two pilot engagement strategies and improvements • Provide a final report with clear recommendations for increasing user enrollment, course completion, and overall satisfaction • Audit the Learning Center platform's user experience (UX), focusing on navigation, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement • Design and run 1-2 A/B tests or pilot programs for new engagement strategies • Define clear success metrics and data collection methods for each test • Analyze collected data to determine what drives enrollment, participation, and completion • Develop recommendations for scaling successful methodologies across the platform • Review and optimize workflows for course enrollment, tracking, and completion • Suggest improvements to the course management dashboard and student communications

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree program (a degree in education management, translation, communication, or a related field is preferred)
  • Previous experience in translation, interpreting, or learning initiatives (internships and volunteering are considered valid experience) is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course platforms
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and similar collaborative tools
  • Experience working with non-profit or humanitarian organizations
  • Excellent command of English
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Self-starter; Strong organizational skills; Analytical thinker able to transform ideas into tangible actions; Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly; Attention to detail.
