• Assist the CLEAR Global Team in coordinating glossary maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and within the expectations of CLEAR Global management and principles of terminology. • Coordinate and engage members of the Terminology Working Group in the maintenance process • Manage term validation projects using our online TWB Platform • Manage term bases in various languages in the platform, run pre- and post-production checks • Track project progress and delivery, keep project trackers up-to-date, and provide regular status updates to terminology officer • Maintain an organized project environment across platforms, keeping project records, files and databases updated • Assist with building and managing reviewer and subject matter expert teams • Maintain effective communication with reviewers and validators throughout the project, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of project expectations and remain engaged throughout the project • Handle other related tasks as assigned • Act in the best interest of the organization during the project period.
