• Prepare journal entries, accruals, expense amortizations, reconciliations, and financial schedules. • Support client billing cycles, media costs allocations, and pass-through expenses. • Review/validate media plans and insertion orders for financial accuracy. • Reconcile media spend, production costs, and vendor invoices. • Process transactions, run reports, maintain GL accuracy. • Support SAP FI/CO workflows and help troubleshoot discrepancies. • Prepare P&L summaries, variance analysis, and management reporting for internal stakeholders and clients. • Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, SOX controls (if applicable), and internal audit requirements. • Partner with media planners, client services, AP/AR, and project management teams on financial accuracy and timely reporting. • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline billing, close, and SAP workflows.
